To provide for the Community the opportunity to study Scripture as required by the Formation Guidelines

To yearly announce to the Community that there are Community Bible Study Groups. Provide meeting times and locations.
To try to create an interest within the Community in joining a Bible Study Group or in starting a Bible Study Group.
To have a Sign-up Sheet available at a monthly meeting for members interested in joining a Bible Study Group
