The Littleton Carmel has the Traditional Latin Mass (also known as the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite) on Monday – Friday, and the Novus Ordo Mass (Ordinary Form) on Saturdays and Sundays
- Complete Divine Office (major Hours chanted on Sundays, Solemnities, and some Feasts)
- Two, one-hour periods of mental prayer
- Rosary, Divine Mercy Chaplet, and other prayers in common
- Spiritual Reading
- Time for work and two periods of recreation
- The Nuns have weekly Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction, and also weekly Confession.
Community Life is characterized by:
- Very Special devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph
- Joyful community life of which the prioress is the center, and to whom her daughters give their filial obedience
- An intensity of silence throughout the day, with little speaking outside of recreation
- A strong desire to identify oneself with Christ Crucified by a life of complete self-sacrifice
- A dynamic, shared search and thirst for authentic contemplation and perfection as outlined by Our Holy Parents and Founders, St. Teresa of Jesus and St. John of the Cross
