Retreat Treasurer

Role               

To collect, disburse and keep receipts of all Retreat Monies from the O.C.D.S. Retreat Bank Account

Responsibilities                                                                            

  • To determine with the Retreat Committee the total cost of the Retreat and the cost per Registrant
  • To deposit and disburse all Retreat Monies from the O.C.D.S. Retreat Bank Account
  • To photo copy all checks before depositing into the O.C.D.S. Bank Account
  • To save all deposit slips and keep accurate records of deposits and withdrawals
  • To write checks from the Retreat Bank Account for the following:
    • To pay the Retreat Center the amount due after the Retreat
    • To pay the Retreat Master stipends and travel expenses
    • To pay the Priest(s) for hearing Confessions
    • To reimburse the Retreat Committee members for approved expenditures
    • To reimburse anyone else as requested by the Retreat Coordinator
