Role
To collect, disburse and keep receipts of all Retreat Monies from the O.C.D.S. Retreat Bank Account
Responsibilities
- To determine with the Retreat Committee the total cost of the Retreat and the cost per Registrant
- To deposit and disburse all Retreat Monies from the O.C.D.S. Retreat Bank Account
- To photo copy all checks before depositing into the O.C.D.S. Bank Account
- To save all deposit slips and keep accurate records of deposits and withdrawals
- To write checks from the Retreat Bank Account for the following:
- To pay the Retreat Center the amount due after the Retreat
- To pay the Retreat Master stipends and travel expenses
- To pay the Priest(s) for hearing Confessions
- To reimburse the Retreat Committee members for approved expenditures
- To reimburse anyone else as requested by the Retreat Coordinator
